Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. At check in, children without parental presence must present an authorization signed by both parents and original identification documents. In the case children are accompanied by parents, original identification documents are required. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must belong to one of the guests. In case of reservations made in the Non-Refundable rates, the reservation center will send a payment link to your message box via the Booking.com platform. The card used must be presented at check-in. If it is not possible to present the credit card, the total amount of the reservation will be charged again on the guest's own credit card or another form of payment, such as debit card, cash or PIX. In this case, the amount charged to the credit card during the booking will be refunded. For reservations made by third parties, the payment must be made exclusively via PIX.
