I will stay here again!

This hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you don’t want to rent a car. It’s across the street from the metro station near Mall of the Americas. You can hop on metro at airport or take shuttle to hotel. We took the metro all the way to downtown.
The property is lovely with a light filled atrium where the breakfast buffet is served, adjoined by a nice pool and fitness center as well.
The staff are excellent, with a shout out to Phillip at front of house, who is charming, professional, helpful and hilarious. Phillip rocks!
We had a late snack at Wooley’s Restaurant off the atrium. Try the mini cheeseburgers - perfect for two people.
Rooms were quiet for an airport location, beds and bathroom were comfy.
This is a wonderful Hilton property. Thank you!

Room A/C broken- never got below 74 degrees

Room thermostat showed 75 degrees when i checked in @ 9:30 pm and I bumped it down to 68. Nine hours later and its at 74 degrees. Theres so much condensation dripping from the hallway ceiling i had to put down a towel. I actually had to dry my hair in front of the mini fridge with the door open. The shower continues to dribble water even though I checked it several times to ensure its off. To top it off, there was no conditioner in the large bottle attached to the shower wall. Ive asked to switch rooms and since they’re booked, Im unable to move. I travel weekly for business and this place is a dump.

Perfect for relaxation without ever having to leave the hotel.
Nice clean pool/hot tub, awesome complimentary evening happy hour and wonderful breakfast.

Not great service, front desk wasn't on the same page with the house keeping and took for ever to get my request filled. Bathroom sink was dirty with hair

I found baby spiders in my window. I alerted the front desk upon my departure and they thanked me for letting them know. I hope I didn’t bring any home. Otherwise great stay !
