AVOID THIS FILTHY SCAM
The place is beyond dirty, staff was hostile from the moment we walked in. We got overcharged the booking.com fees on top of the price stated in the reservation ( it seems the hotel is trying to make back the commission fees by charging them to the customer). When disputing this charge during check-in, the person straight up told us " it's what it is, if you don't like it you can go somewhere else", knowing full well it was 11.30PM, so we were out of options.
They also refused to give me a bill or an invoice. I insisted, to no avail. I could only grab a quick picture on my phone.
First room had cockroaches and no AC.
Second room had cockroaches and no AC.
Third room had cockroaches, but AC was working, and at that point we were too tired to swap room once again, so we stayed.
All the rooms were incredibly filthy. None of us wanted to get into the filthy beds, so we slept in our clothes, on top of the beds, using towels as blankets.
Avoid at ALL cost. Literally any other place will be better. You won't get any sleep, will be overcharged arbitrary amounts, have to live in FILTH and will face hostility all throughout.
