Świetny pobyt
To nasz drugi pobyt tutaj i nie zawiodłem się. Personel jest świetny, naprawdę pełen szacunku i przyjazny. Zakwaterowanie jest czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Istnieje duży basen, który nigdy nie wydaje się zbyt zajęty. Jest to idealne rozwiązanie dla rodzin, ponieważ goście proszeni są o ciszę po godzinie 23:00. Jest idealnie usytuowany do zwiedzania jeziora, które w szczycie sezonu jest niesamowicie zatłoczone.

Beautiful family holiday on Lake Garda
The location is fantastic. Quiet and central, close to the lake and the mountains in the background The pool is very large, very clean and there are more than enough loungers and seating. The holiday apartments are very clean and well laid out. The furniture is high quality and well arranged. Overall a great family holiday

Perfection with a perfect Hotel Manager - Franca Dubbini
We just returned to Canada after staying three weeks at Residence Giardino Dei Colori.
It was our first time visiting Lake Garda. I had spent many hours researching the hotels on the lake. Let me tell you, there were many filters applied to the search engine. Residence Giardino Dei Colori was a clear winner. There was no second guessing once I found it. We wanted a place where we could travel the lake by ferry or bus. We were not going to be renting a car. Check. We wanted an apartment type set up where we could cook our own meals. Check. We wanted a pool where we could relax in between days spent exploring the lake. Check. We wanted air conditioning. Check. We wanted a balcony to relax on. Check. We finally wanted a room that was clean and attractive. Check. We wanted a location on the lake that was central. Where we could visit the north or south end of the lake by ferry and still have time to get off the ferry to explore lakeside towns. Check. I have listed 7 checks and if I could grade these checks I’d give each of them 5 stars. We knew immediately when we arrived that we had found a very special place that exceeded our expectations. Our holiday was perfect. I feel that I need to shine the spotlight on the manager - Franca Dubbini. All of the above is due to the manager of the hotel, Franca. She’s a very impressive lady. She is kind, peaceful, friendly, organized, competent and capable. I could go on. Her office feels like an attractive welcoming room of a house. It made you want to linger longer. Franca’s father built the hotel and he didn’t leave a stone unturned. We were very impressed with the air conditioning that was quiet and could keep up with the heat wave that lingered during our stay. The washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator were excellent quality, something you don’t quite expect at a hotel. The furnishings were lovely in a French Provincial style. The hotel is suitable for families and couples. Let’s get back to Franca. There were a few incidents that required repair. One, some damage done on the balcony by an overnight storm. Franca had the repair men in immediately. Secondly, early on in our stay my husband accidentally left his knapsack at a restaurant in Salo. When we returned to get it it was gone. Inside the knapsack was our hotel key. We returned back at the hotel late in the evening and felt bad disturbing Franca with a WhatsApp call after 11 pm. She was out and about but came to the hotel very cheerfully. She didn’t make us feel badly. Rather she was concerned first and foremost with our loss. She felt like a friend with the love and kindness she showed. Immediately the nex morning she had a repair man come to replace the locks for our safety and also the safety of the hotel. We know for a fact that she could have charged around 300 euros but only charged us for the labour for the men she hired. We were VERY impressed and thankful. Finally, Franca was extremely helpful helping us figure things out. She printed off the ferry schedule and the bus schedule and showed us how to navigate them. She planned our first trip to Riva for us. She also looked after hiring us a taxi transfer to Venice. This was so appreciated as we wouldn’t have known where to begin. All we had to do was be outside the hotel with our suitcases on our departure day. It went so smoothly. Then she also looked after a car rental we wanted so that we could see the Dolomites. She arranged for the rental car to arrive at her hotel. She’s efficient, capable and very cheerful. We would like to come back to Lake Garda. Perhaps next summer. If it works out then there will be no more searching for a hotel. We have found the perfect place. Residence Giardino Dei Colori

Peaceful week at Lake Garda
We stayed at Giardino dei Colori the last week of June and had a great time.
The apartment complex is just a 5 minute walk from the shores of Lake Garda and close to both supermarkets and restaurants. It's great base for exploring the Garda area either by bike or car.
The apartment we rented was big enough to comfortably host a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). There is a combined kitchen/living room area with a dining table, two sofas, a coffee table and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a weeks stay (cooking & dining utilities, coffee maker, stove, oven, fridge & freezer).
There were two bedrooms; one master bedroom with a double bed and and en-suite bathroom and another equally sized bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom in the hallway. Both bathrooms had showers which worked well.
Outside the living room there was a terrace (or a balcony depending on which floor you're on) with a dining table and two lounge chairs. The terrace was covered with a roof so most of the day it was nicely shaded. A big sliding glass door separated the terrace from the indoors. We had some issues with the lock on the door but that was fixed after a couple of key changes.
The pool area was quite big and never over-crowded. Sunbeds were always available. The pool itself was relatively large and the area as a whole was well maintained. There is a also a small football area and some playhouses for smaller children.
There is an underground parking attached to the hotel where you park for free. We had an electric car and the hotel provided a charging station for us to charge (to an extra cost of course).
The staff is very friendly and helpful although not always easy to find. There is a reception but it is not always staffed throughout the day. However, you can always call the manager, Franca, who lives next door to the apartment complex and is available morning, day and evening.
There are two supermarkets within a short walking distance (3-5 mins) and quite a few restuarants close by. The Lake is just a 5 min walk away where you will find a boardwalk with some restaurants and bars.
All in all we had a very good week at Giardino die Colori. It's a quiet and peaceful resort where you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is no restaurant or bar onsite but we knew that when we booked the apartment so it was no surprise.

- Blackout curtains, the sun comes up early in the summer and the bedrooms get very bright

Nice place for vacation
Comfortable suits with good environment. Underground parking. Very comfortable geografical position. 5 minutes by feet to the Lake Garda. Try to choose rooms with windows directed not to road near building. The noise of the traffic may disturb you
