Wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Khao Lak
It was a wonderful stay with Grand Mercure. The checkin was very smooth and welcoming with special mention to Pinkie for being very kind and warm through out the entire stay.
We stayed in the pool access room and it was truly a wonderful and relaxing experience especially with our Toddler. It was amazing to relax for both of us when our son was sleeping with some champagne. We highly recommend the pool access rooms especially if you have small children.
While there was an issue of foul smell considering our room was right next to the restaurant, the team especially Pinkie was on top of it to get it resolved. They had to move us to the suite for a few hours while the work could be completed and we were comfortable with that post our breakfast. They did make it up by offering us a couple spa with compliments.
The beach at the resort is simply stunning and you don't feel like leaving the place ever. The restaurant Mango was fantastic and breakfast had sufficient variety and of good quality too.
The supermarket nearby was very helpful and there were enough restaurants around at the beach and outside to take care of your dining needs. We especially prefer Quiet secluded places which are away from the crowds and this resort gave us exactly that experience. We look forward to coming back again next year. <3

can't wait to get back
A superb holiday destination hotel, having just spent two weeks here, we are rejuvenated, refreshed and will certainly aim to return. Fantastic breakfasts, delicious dinners and first class service.
The beach is a long white stretch of paradise, a beachcombers paradise, warm blue water and minimal people... Next door the hotel , there are superb restaurants on the beach.. a absolute paradise, not forgetting loads on fantastic thai masssge, fresh coconuts and heaps of sunshine
A big thank you to Somporn, a delightful gentleman who oversees the breakfast service and Ying who kept our room clean, and beautiful treats awaited us daily on return to our room

Quiet and cozy rest
Cozy quiet hotel with beautiful beach and excellent restaurant. Polite, responsive and multifunctional staff.
Rooms are more interesting on the sunny side, as there is an opportunity to sunbathe on your terrace.
Cons: a little boring and cleaning questions. Bedside lights probably never washed.

Ping was great
The massage was great. She accomodated to my needs, changed her style according to what i said. Vety bice staff. Ping was great. The tea after the massage was good. I could really relax for the one and a half hours I was there. I hope to visit more next time im staying

Beautiful hotel
My first time in this hotel
To be honest wouldn’t expect much regarding service just want to away from
Phuket to relain my holiday
But I was very impressed with the staff were very welcoming at front desk especially Lilly. room was comfy, swimming pool beach so peaceful ☺️
Staff at breakfast was so nice as well
We love the nature ,lots of plants
definitely we will be back again.
