The best hotel
Denis y Dianelis the best hotel in South Beach. I cannot say more about these two people Denny’s and they’re very helpful and especially in the rooftop and then in the front desk that I’ve been here for a while now and they treat me like if this was my home thank you my house for everything that you do since the minute that I’ve been in this place all they treat me is like a family

Great stay
Great stay at Uma House – highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Uma House in Miami! The hotel was spotless – everything was clean and well taken care of, which made us feel right at home from the start.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask (even when we brought a little too much beach sand back with us – oops).
The location was also perfect: just a short walk to the beach and Lincoln Road. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. On top of that, the hotel provided free beach chairs, delicious coffee every day, and even complimentary wine – talk about vacation perks!
In short: clean, cozy, perfectly located, and full of thoughtful extras. Uma House truly made our Miami trip extra special.

Excellent 3 night stay in Una House
We arrived from Ireland ahead of a cruise. We were initially disappointed with our room allocation as we had made particular requests that weren’t taken into account and our room was clean but not suitably located. Daniella on reception was absolutely brilliant and what could have been a very negative experience was transformed into a very positive one. The location is excellent on South Beach. Noise levels were low which is a bonus on Sth Beach. The rooms were spotless and the small rooftop pool was perfect for an hour relaxation after a busy day. Finally Hugo and Lucia were super at checkout and made it hassle free. Would definitely return.

Best hotel and STAFF in Miami!
MJ, Ramon, Liz, Dianelis were all amazing! Anything we needed, they really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely amazing. My brother and I will definitely be back here again!! 10/10 for each of them!! They treat you like fam
