Czysty, ale obsługa była zawód
Czyste, schludne pokoje, ale obsługa klienta była głównym zawód z pobytu. Nie było również wspomnieć głośne " Club", co jest w rzeczywistości karaoke bar, który jest przeznaczony dla kobiet do zabawiania mężczyzn. Nie polecam dla podróżujących rodzin. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc 5 / 10

DO NOT STAY HERE £3000 STOLEN!
So, I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend, our first time to Laos, when we arrived we had travelled for a very long time so we’re very tried and went straight to our room to sleep, we woke up at 4pm and rushed out the door as we were excited to see Vientiane, so my boyfriend took £200 from his travel wallet to change into Kipp and we rushed out the door to see the city. In our rush we forgot to put the travel wallet, with our remaining travel money (£3740 cash) in the safe. The next morning we woke up and what with it already being our last day in the capital rushed out the door again. This time however we put do not disturb on, so even know (without realising at this point) we hadn’t put the travel wallet in the safe we were under impression that no one, including cleaners/ staff would be going in our room.
We returned from a great day exploring and found that the cleaners had been, even tho we had put do not disturb, as we noticed fresh towels and water. At this moment my boyfriend remembered that the travel wallet wasn’t away and rushed to check it immediately. It was exactly where he had left it, at the top of his large rucksack, and the ruck sack was closed, as he had left it. He had a quick look in the rucksack and saw his wallet was still there, flipped it open and at a quick glance saw cash, wrapped in an elastic band, exactly how he wraps cash, so shut the wallet and we carried on with our day.
The next day we checked out and got a bus to Vang Vieng, upon arrival of the next hotel we were staying in my boyfriend opened his wallet to pay for our room, at this point he looked with more detail in his wallet and noticed that the once pretty big stack of cash didn’t look quite so big. A quick flick through the money to find that there was only £740 left… immediately we re traced our steps and the only time the travel wallet wasn’t on our person was when it had been in our hotel room in Vientiane.
We rung the hotel straight away to be told, that conveniently, the cleaner who cleaned our room the day before was not in…
The CCTV proved that the only people to go into the hotel room were myself & boyfriend and the cleaner.
Now, we take fully responsibility for the fact that we should have put the travel wallet in the safe and that we should have looked more thoroughly at the hotel when we saw that the cleaners had been but unfortunately, we were on a holiday high, I spose you could say, and didn’t think that a large scale theft such as this would happen in a seemingly nice establishment such as this.
I called reception numerous times to try and get to the bottom of this but of course the cleaner was denying taking it, because if your going to take £3000 out of someone’s bag your not going to own up to it the day are you?
We debated going to the police however, realistically, it’s their word against ours and we didn’t want to prolong this experience.
Absolutely heart broken and violated that this has happened to us, I would recommend anyone considering staying at this hotel to buy a tent and sleep on the street instead.

The pictures do not show the condition of this property. The property is run down with a deep stench of smoke. KTV bar was on third floor of the 5 floor hotel so you could not escape the incredibly loud music at all hours of the day. Worst of all we killed 4 cockroaches in a span of a couple hours. We had to go find bug deterrent and spray it all over the place and then slept with the lights on to keep the roaches away. At 4AM two random girls started knocking on our door even though we kept telling them they had the wrong room and to go away. We barely slept that night and left early the next.
