Our favourite hotel
We have stayed in Niagara numerous times over the years and this is now our favourite hotel in Niagara. It is walking distance to the Clifton hill attractions. It has a good breakfast with lots of variety. The room is modern and the beds are comfortable. You have to pay for parking but that’s pretty much everywhere else in the area. You might be able to find cheaper in other lots but this one has EV charging in the lot.

Stay elsewhere if your budget allows
The area is drabby, the pool was closed for maintenance and all the noise, noise, noise. The fridge buzzed so we had to unplug it and we listened to all neighboring room doors slam into the wee hours of the morning. The room is dark and multiple lights didn’t work. Beds were comfy. Suite had enough space for the 4 of us. Breakfast was good but crowded by 8 am with a disorderly flow to get food. We walked 8.5 miles our day in Niagra- this hotel is very close to the Clifton Hills area so if lights and amusement are your thing, you’ll be happy with the proximity. We rode the Ferris wheel and saw the falls in every way possible. Journey below the falls was worth it. Skylon - probably not worth it if you also plan to ride the wheel or dine on the falls. I recommend Massimos, albeit pricier, at the Sheraton over table rock for its unobstructed view as table rock is not on a high floor and you spend most of the time viewing tourists climbing the railings for that daring falls photo. Room service is said to only be every other day but they did come in once to empty the garbage and toss the covers back on our bed. Definitely no frills but was clean and updated. I wouldn’t stay here again. Worth spending more for a better overall experience.

No free parking provided even though all the other hotels around here were providing for customers. Even though all the place is almost vacant.

Left as tired as when we checked in
My husband and I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott over the weekend.
We checked in super late, approximately at 11:30PM ( we solely purchased the room to get a good night rest away from our infant who keeps us up all night).
We didn't have any intention other that sleeping and we were just as tired upon our check out as we were upon check in. Upon getting into the elevator to go to the 3rd floor we realized every single button was pressed, a minor nuisance but would like to paint the full picture.
Once we arrived to the 3rd floor, we saw a large group of young kids with no supervisor or parents playing hockey outside our door from the moment we checked in ( 11:30PM) up until after 1:30AM. The " team" had full on gear with 2 nets, hockey puck and hockey sticks.
After checking into our room and hearing them outside our door, my husband came out of our room and politely informed them that it was close to midnight and we were trying to get some rest. They stopped for a brief moment and went into the elevator/ elsewhere just to return shortly after and keep on playing. Not only were they loud but the hockey puck kept hitting against our door keeping us awake.
At this point, my husband once more told them it was time to go to sleep, we also called the staff on duty who came up and we heard him tell them to go back to their rooms. These kids did this several times through the night, after the staff and my husband both told them to stop, i have no idea who the parental guardian was not why they did nothing.
In the A.M we were awoken with constant slamming of doors, not the normal, leaving the room.. But repeated slamming.. We were so exhausted by the time it was morning we didn't even have energy to go for breakfast and instead tried to stay in bed.

The hotel was easy to find and in great location. We walked to Clifton Hill and the falls no problem. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very close by and easily accessible. The breakfast had a lot to offer and was good. We would stay here again!
