The hotel service was terrible. The floor in our room was dusty on the day we checked in and was never cleaned properly during our 4-night stay. On the last night, they didn’t even change the towels or provide bottled water. The hallway on the 4th floor was sometimes left without lights at night — it felt creepy! The whole hotel was dusty, from the ceiling, lanterns, corridors to the railings.
The breakfast was the worst we had during our 30-day trip in China. The dining area was dark, there were no spoons for porridge, no tissues or drinking water provided. We came down for breakfast at 8 a.m., and there was almost nothing left to eat.
The front desk was unhelpful and showed no enthusiasm. Sometimes we couldn’t even find the receptionist. The check-in process was slow and primitive, just by manually searching the booking number.

前台一点都不热情，也完全帮不上忙，有时我们想找她都找不到。入住手续非常简陋和缓慢，只是手动查找预订号而已。

This is the first time I stayed in this store, the decoration is very ethnic style, the location is very good, next to Xibu Street, the night food is very rich, but the hotel as a whole is not bright, the corridors are dark, the room lighting is also dark, the elevator is small and slow, It takes a long time to go up and down the stairs, the air conditioning and heating in the room are poor, the windows facing the street are not closed tightly, and the wind is strong. It is a pain to stay in winter. The breakfast is very manageable. The porridge is cold and the steamed buns are cold. It has turned into a state of looting, the worst thing is that the service staff has a bad attitude, the tone of arranging check-in and settlement and billing are all impatient, and the experience of staying in Tusi's other courtyard is not good
