Great time
I would recommend the Inn at Castle Rock to everyone I know. The Inn is cozy and very much like home. The Staff is wonderful and accommodating. I love that there are no televisions in the rooms. It gives you time to actually spend time and talk with who you are there with.

W mieście na wesele
Pierwszy pobyt w gospodzie. Bardzo, bardzo oryginalny, eklektyczny zabytkowy zajazd. Personel był bardzo gościnny. Spacerem do miasta na zakupy, restauracje, bary. Mieszkaliśmy w nr 23 , w dół, pod. Nie do końca pasuje do zdjęcia na stronie internetowej, ale dla nas, w porządku. Nie ma kuchenki mikrofalowe, lodówki, telewizory, dzbanki do kawy, suszarki do włosów. . . . więc weź swoje (małe rzeczy w każdym razie). Łazienka ręczniki i łazienka dywan wymagają wymiany. Bardzo proste " śniadanie " elementy. . . kawa, Cheerios, tosty, banana. To doświadczenie było zdecydowanie wyjątkowy i to nie był nasz pierwszy raz w Bisbee więc, Inn zamontować Bisbee klimat.

Don’t stay here.
The place is a dump since the 90’ s. Weird energy. Owned and run by LGBTQ and lots of women making out in front of my 5 year old son. Not cool. Many places like this in Bisbee unfortunately. Inspect property if possible before you commit. Bisbee bnb’s are a roll of the dice. Read reviews. Not a family place.

Quirky!
This was my second time visiting Bisbee, but first time staying here. I do enjoy the quirky, charming vibe this place has. For being 130 years old, our room, the Crying Shame, was holding up pretty well. Some floorboards creaked, but overall it felt clean and well-kept. Although, a little confused as to why it was Paris-themed and not western-themed liked advertised? Maybe it’s in transition from western to Paris theme…? Anyway, no matter— staff is very friendly and helpful. The octagon room was cool and the room where breakfast is served had a piano and comfy places to sit. The whole place felt like visiting my grandma’s house in the best kind of way. We did not have any paranormal experiences (thankfully!).
The only downside for me: walls are thin. I could hear the guy next door snoring and the annoying cars driving up and down the street blasting music several times. I’m not particularly picky, as long as the place is clean. I definitely felt it was sufficiently clean, thankfully. Immediately upon walking in, the place smelt of cleaning products, which was a good sign to me!
Overall, we had a nice experience. We met a nice couple in the breakfast area and had a nice conversation. The fireplace area was a warm welcome from the cold February weather. The well in the lobby is cool, too.

PICK ANOTHER HOTEL
The stench of the room was a mixture of vomit and body odor, a friend that we asked be a witness to the room described the smell as a dead animal (rat or mouse). I immediately started to gag upon entering the room. We have stayed in several hotels in Bisbee and can handle a musty smell, but this was beyond putrid. Went downstairs and waited for the incoming guests to leave the office so we could have a private discussion with the lady at the front desk (who was very friendly) and told her how rank the room smelled; asked if she would go up to the room with us so she could verify but she informed us she had no sense of smell so she couldn't verify. We explained there was no way we could sleep in that room and that we wanted to be refunded the $143 charged for the room. She told us she did not have the authority to make that decision, so she called her manager via cell phone. The manager told us that she couldn't refund us for the room, we should understand that the hotel was over 130 yrs old and has a musty smell. Our friend asked why they don't the musty smell on their website if they feel it's no big deal. We explained the odor was beyond musty, she again said that she couldn't refund us, and offered to place an ionizer machine in the room for an hour to sanitize the room. She also said that they hand clean the bathroom floors (no mop), and that a guest spent the night before in the same room and didn't complain. At no time did the manager show any sign of empathy or even offer to come to the hotel and see/smell for herself for a resolution. Our friend pointed out the Better Business Bureau accreditation plaque on the wall in the office and told the lady at the front desk that the hotel wouldn't want to lose the membership. I'll be filing a complaint with BBB next. We left the hotel without being reimbursed and will NEVER return to the Inn at Castle Rock. You'd be better off camping next to a landfill/garbage dump, during monsoon season, then to stay there. At least the foul stench would be less.
