The amount paid is equivalent to the Kilowatt consumption they can use. The heating function operates based on the surrounding temperature and the amount of water needing to be heated. During winter, the water heats between 7 and 8 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage, approx). During the summer, the water heats for less than 5–6 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees or maybe less (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage, approx). The Jacuzzi or hot tub is for private use for the Penthouse Apartment units only. The damage deposit of EUR 200 applies to a maximum of 1–4 people only. It is adjusted to EUR 50 per person after the 5th person onwards. The deposit will be collected by credit card and reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Between May and August, it is not suitable for family with children or older guests due to the nightlife nearby and the group bookings. Monthly utilities for the 2 Bedroom Unit (4 people in the room) will cost an extra approx.
