25-30 minutes walk to Metro station and major shopping mall like 苏州吴江万象汇but it is close to the location of my company, it was convenient to take DiDi to others places, therefore it was not an issue for me at all. Polite, friendly and helpful receptionists. Clean and spacious room. Is one of my most satisfied hotel stay in China.

I raised an objection (I could actually check in 4 hours earlier), and then confessed to me that there were only 2 aunts to clean more than 150 room! After finally moving in, there were hairs in the basin and bathroom that were not cleaned up, but it was not easy to think about the aunts, and I didn't take pictures to complain. When I came back from a good meal in the evening, I heard that there were also guests in the lobby who had the same complaints about hygiene issues and complained to the hotel. The service attitude of the front desk was also very average. The location of the hotel is not bad, the Ole is opposite, there are many restaurants, and there is free parking. The breakfast is ok and basically meets the needs.
