Hostelling International Bolivia presents HI-Hostel Versalles which is within walking distance from the bus terminal and Cochabamba�s city centre. This active town in a highland valley (2�500 m) is right in the middle of Bolivia and enjoys an eternal spring climate. The colonial centre has a Spanish based foundation but in the region there is a lot of much older history like the INCA-fortress � pre-Inca holy places, even dinosaurs footprints in ToraTora can be seen. In contrast to the Inca history it is well worth paying a visit to the palace of the famous tin Baron Simon I Pati�o; Palacio de Potales built between 1915- 1925. Not far away is �La Cancha� � the biggest daily market in halls and on the street � well stocked, good prices and mostly crowded.
