Good hotel with top service.

Motel One Westend is just as you would expect from a Motel One: clean, stylish, with an eye for quality details (e.g., Dornbracht fixtures in the bathroom, D'Arbo jam for breakfast...).
The room was not exactly spacious, but big enough. The bed was very comfortable (except for the pillows, which were a bit too firm). You could open the window, and it was really quiet at night. There was also a small safe in the room.
The staff at the reception were all very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast seemed expensive at first glance, but quality was also offered - and I would rather pay one euro more for good products than get poor quality at a bargain price, so that is completely fine.
The underground garage is already tight, but at least it exists - and above all: The clock was not stopped; we were even allowed to stay well beyond our check-out time. That was absolutely top-notch service, which relieved our stay significantly because we did not have to search for another parking spot for a few more hours!!!

Value for money, good location

Good location not too far from the station. We stayed here for one night before a flight home. Clean and comfortable it was a good price and value for money.

Not the best option

Hotel was OK and room too. Overall a bit tired.
Breakfast was good including many organic items.
Staff was rather friendly.
Location is the weak point: in a zone without good restaurants and a bit far from the center.
I will probably go somewhere else next time

Not to think about sleep!

0:40 a.m.! Sleep is unthinkable because a roaring party group on the terrace in the courtyard thinks that they have sole control on Monday evening. Calls to reception only bring peace for two minutes. Apparently, the staff is unwilling to provide peace and quiet.

Room good, breakfast unfortunately not

Room super soundproof, but the breakfast leaves many wishes unfulfilled, you have to wait 10 minutes for the luggage, then it is still frozen inside, cheese very thick cut, hardly any seats available. Unfortunately, there is nowhere in the area to go
