Not ideal for families
It's not the kind of hotel I like.
But essentially what I did not like were the rooms (too small for adults and children), the breakfast room and the service, which was too basic.
Not being a cheap hotel, I think they should have more quality.

Honestly Excellent.
It was HOT HOT HOT. And much of the city and the financial district at this time of year is quieter as businesses shut and locals escape the heat to the coast. BUT it means its nice and quiet by the hotel and all the tourist places are still open.
I spoke to Ana via email before arrival as I had questions and had such a pleasant exchange. I was already looking forward to the trip!
We got the metro from the Airport To Neauvos Minestarious (forgive the spelling) and walked the, maybe 10 minutes to the hotel. Nice and easy with a wheeled suitcase.
On arrival the Reception staff were FANTASTIC! We chatted to them for a good hour before we even went to the room! Alex was wonderful exchanging football stories with my son, there was another Argentinian gent, who was also just wonderful. They made my son feel super special before we even hit the lift!
The hotel reception was lovely looking, modern, clean, open and cool! It had a bar and restaurant.
We did go up to the room to find the wonderful Ana had given us the most wonderful upgrade and the guest experience team had decorated the room for my birthday and with real Madrid badges on the mirrors! It was the BEST surprise and honestly. It made our entire holiday. The standard rooms, we did see were wonderful so the upgrade was something special!!!!
The beds were comfortable very firm. The sheets and pillows and duvets were to die for. My husband made me try to buy similar once we got home. Real luxury.
The room was light, airy, the bathrooms were beautiful, the products wonderful. Absolutely 10 /10
Apologises I have not got the name but the staff from guess services left a thoughtful hand written note which was a magic touch.
The house keeping staff left everything spotless daily.
There was a filter water station on each floor with glass refill bottles for room. You could also fill up a refillable water bottle to take out with you for the day which again, really helpful, sustainable and cost effective!
The breakfast - oh my gosh - the breakfast. We had mimosas with the most wonderful mix of cooked, pastries, cakes, fruits, breads, yogurts, cookies.
It was a special breakfast that kept us well filled for most the day. There was an option to have a breakfast bag brought to your room and even take away cups to take a coffee back to your room or out after you're done sitting in the restaurant.
There were bikes you could use (with deposit) another lovely sustainable touch.
We really enjoyed the roof top pool but it did get busy. It gave it a nice atmosphere but may mean you dont get first choice of seats. It was lovely to watch the sun set and have a cool dip but I do recomment the shrimp sandwich. Very tasty, and good price too!
Every day when we came through reception, the staff were so interested in what we had planned for the day, helping us with recommendations, taking football with the family. They went above and beyond to make us feel special with genuine interest. Ive never experienced service like it at a hotel.
I just want to say a huge thank you.
I will continue to use Hiltons and specifically Canopy by Hilton where I can.

Mixed Reviews!
However, I chose to eat in the lobby for the first evening and food was not that great. I managed a few mouthfuls of the burger and the fries were hardly cooked.
The next morning I went for breakfast for me to be told that I didn’t have breakfast included. When I booked with British Airways, I SPECIFICALLY chose this hotel as there was an offer of “city view room and full breakfast.” Even paying close to £150 more for this. I showed the restaurant (I’m assuming manager) my booking and she let me in however reception were less than helpful and I would say rude when I addressed it with them.
I then needed to spend time on my holiday contacting BA to sort this out. Fortunately BA were amazing and phoned the hotel themselves to ensure that full breakfast was included for the remainder of my stay. The restaurant lady was fab and was so helpful. Just unfortunate that reception were not!!
In terms of the actual stay, very nice hotel, bit far out from the city centre but perfect if you’re watching a Real Madrid game!

To clarify, your reservation appeared in our system as "room only," which is why our front desk team followed standard protocol by recommending you contact the third party (in this case, British Airways) to confirm the details. That said, we absolutely agree that there's always a better, more empathetic way to communicate such situations, and we’re sorry if our approach at the time came across as unhelpful or impolite. That is not the experience we aim to deliver.
