We had an excellent stay at Radisson Blu Béke Hotel. The location is fantastic—right next to Nyugati Railway Station, making it very convenient for trains, trams, and exploring Budapest. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly despite the hot July weather. Everything about our stay met or exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Budapest. Highly recommended!

This was, unfortunately, our last stay at Radisson Béke Budapest.
We understand that check-in officially starts at 3:00 PM. We arrived at around 11:00 AM and were happy to wait in the lobby, hoping that if rooms became available, we could check in a little earlier. Instead, we watched several guests who arrived after us receive their room keys before we did, while we were repeatedly told that no rooms were available. We have no explanation for this and sincerely hope it was not because we are from Israel. Regardless, it left us feeling unfairly treated.
The experience became even worse on our last morning. After breakfast, both of us suffered from severe stomach problems, strongly suggesting that something we ate at the hotel was not safe.
The hotel’s maintenance is also below the standard expected from a Radisson property. On the 7th and 8th floors, there were cobwebs on the light fixtures, clearly showing that cleaning in the corridors is neglected.
It is also frustrating to find facilities that simply do not work. The ice machines on the guest floors were out of service, and the shoe-cleaning machine on the 7th floor was also broken. If these amenities are provided, they should be maintained and operational.
We expected much better from a Radisson hotel. Poor maintenance, concerns about food safety, and the way we were treated at check-in made this a very disappointing experience.
We will not be returning, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Early check-in is always subject to room availability. When a specific room category has been booked and the hotel is fully occupied, guests may need to wait until a room of that category becomes available, even if other room types are ready earlier.
We also take your comments regarding breakfast, cleanliness, and maintenance seriously, and they have been shared with the relevant department heads for review.

Sıradan ve turisttik lokasyona uzak normal şehir aalanı içinde
It's very strange that after corresponding for days and requesting a room with a street or city view because we were traveling with our child, they said in our correspondence that they would do their best, not clean but then later gave us a room with a view of an empty space overlooking the roof and said there was nothing they could do. We then switched to Marriott.

Been here before, still a very good choice
This was not our first stay at Radisson Blu Béke, and the hotel continues to be a very reliable choice. The location is very convenient, within easy reach of the city centre, while the on-site garage is a definite advantage when travelling by car.
Breakfast is particularly good, with a very nice selection and overall quality, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming.
A comfortable, well-located and dependable hotel that delivers exactly what you expect from its category. We have stayed here before and would happily return again.

Exceptional
Exceptional hotel, kind and high-level staff, especially at the bar/bistro.
Rooms are not very large but complete and perfectly clean.
Very convenient area for visiting a good part of Pest on foot and in any case close to 2 of the main metro stops.
Excellent quality/price ratio, highly recommended.
