Fantastique emplacement à proximité de Check Point Charlie et de nombreux restaurants / hauts lieux touristiques. Check in / check out était facile.
Notre chambre était moderne, propre et avait tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin, nous avons vraiment aimé la qualité du mobilier. Une belle grande salle de douche avec deux portes de la chambre et salon / cuisine. Café, thé, lait et eau sont fournis.
Nous avons aimé le fait que vous pourriez refuser de faire nettoyer votre chambre / serviettes changées tous les jours si vous le souhaitez.
Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages après le départ, ce qui a rendu notre séjour beaucoup plus facile.
Je recommande.

"Quadratisch, Praktisch, Gut". Cela résume l'hébergement dans cet appart'hôtel. Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans la chambre 305 en juillet. Le mini appartement est bien conçu et a quelques touches agréables. IT est moderne, propre et très fonctionnel. Il n'y a cependant NO climatisation et bien que les ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et la chambre fonctionnent, l'appartement était étouffant et désagréablement chaud en été à Berlin! Comme il n'y a NO ventilation que ce soit, à mon avis la chambre 305 n'est pas un bon choix pour une pause estivale! Sachez simplement que les températures en juillet/août atteignent souvent les 30 degrés et plus et ne pas avoir d'air - la climatisation est un gros problème! Un autre point négatif est le seul ascenseur. IT est incroyablement lent et sur 2 de nos 4 jours était hors d'usage! Pas idéal pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité! Nous avons également "profité" d'une évacuation complète lorsque le restaurant indien attenant a déclenché l'alarme incendie! Les alarmes sont très fortes et très efficaces ! L'appart'hôtel est dans un bon emplacement très proche de la U 6 et des arrêts de bus. Et les arrêts de bus alternatifs, les stations U et S Bahn sont tous à distance de marche raisonnable. Checkpoint Charlie et le Musée des Terreurs (gratuit) sont vraiment proches et certaines attractions principales sont à environ 20 - 30 minutes à pied! Il y a aussi deux supermarchés de chaîne à environ 5 - 10 minutes. CONSEILS: Les musées/galeries municipaux et de nombreux restaurants sont fermés le lundi ! Le marché fermier le vendredi à Maybach Ufer est idéal pour les fruits, les légumes et le plaisir! Si vous voulez aller faire du shopping, dirigez-vous vers Steglitz - nouveau centre commercial génial, plein de restaurants locaux et de magasins sans touristes et quelques bons kiosques Curry Wurst, aussi! Sur le sujet de la nourriture, il y a beaucoup de bonnes options si vous vous dirigez "en dehors" de la chalandise touristique de Checkpoint Charlie - Kreuzberg, par exemple, n'est pas loin en bus! RÉSUMÉ: Cet appart'hôtel est idéal pour un court séjour indépendant dans les mois les plus frais! L'emplacement est bon! Les bus sont pratiques et valent la peine d'être vérifiés - accéder à plusieurs parties de Berlin depuis cet endroit est plus facile que vous ne le pensez en bus!

Expérience la plus décevante
J'ai pris un appartement de 2 chambres pour 6 nuits. Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais juste un ventilateur. Même quand il n'y avait pas de canicule, l'appartement bouillait chaud et nous avons dû garder les rideaux tirés pendant la journée (accessoirement les chevilles d'un rideau étaient cassées donc les rideaux ne pouvaient pas être complètement fermés) . La buanderie avait seulement une laveuse et une sécheuse et étrangement situé dans le jardin arrière, donc vous avez dû marcher dans la rue avec tout votre linge avant de re-entrer dans le bâtiment, ce qui est une blague. Pire encore, après avoir réservé en ligne, j'ai appelé pour payer à l'avance afin de profiter du taux de paiement anticipé avec 10% de réduction . J'ai autorisé le montant du paiement, mais j'ai été facturé encore plus que le taux initial non réduit, ce qui était bizarre et inacceptable. Quand j'ai appelé le siège social pour me plaindre, la personne qui a répondu au téléphone était extrêmement grossière et peu utile. J'ai suivi avec une plainte officielle par courriel, mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Une expérience choquante et décevante.

Très bien situé
Très bien situé, parfait pour les familles avec enfants. Je ne sais pas s'il y a AC ou AC qui fonctionne. On était OK sans ça.

We can confirm that although our hotel does not have inbuilt ACs available we some times have the spare fans that we can provide, to mitigate the heat.

Week-end prolongé à Berlin
Une excellente structure bien insonorisée entre les logements, très confortable et spacieux. Gros bémol : les deux dernières nuits avec une alarme incendie qui s’enclenche sans raison. Les clients dehors dans le stress, aucune personne du staff car hors horaire de la permanence, arrivée des pompiers, vérification puis on rentre. Une nuit ok mais deux nuits sans explication autre que « ça arrive » ! Ça fait trop

We apologize for the bluntness of our neighboring concierge colleagues, as they are not representatives of our team. We can confirm that due to the failed cooking attempts of some of our guests, we the fire alarms were set off by the smoke/fire detectors.
We have investigated the cause of the fire alarms and are looking into providing additional information to our future gusts, so that scenarios such as this one do not reoccur.
