Fabulous Stay

Cannot fault this hotel. Stayed for 4 nights as we flew from the UK for the magnificent Guns n Roses concert next door at the Accor Arena. The beds and pillows are so comfortable we never wanted to get up!! Lovely breakfast, I am gluten and dairy free and was well catered for. The rooms are small but manageable. My only problem was there were no drawers to put clothes in but we managed. Couldn't believe how quiet the room was especially being next door to the Arena as well. Brilliant row of restaurants across the road, a small shop and brilliant Indian restaurant just round the corner. All in all a great stay away from the hussle and bussle of the city centre which is easily accessible by the metro outside the hotel or by taxi. Bercy is a lovely area and I highly recommend it.

Excellent location and excellent service

Excellent location a few steps from the subway, clean rooms with daily towel change, hairdryer available, rooms with air conditioning, wide sweet and savory breakfast, vending machines for fresh water, definitely an excellent hotel chain

Good location, great breakfast

Good location for any gig at the Accor Arena which is right next door.
They checked us in early.

Plan for improvements / renovations

The staff is very pleasant, the bedding is good, however the bathroom needs to be renovated:
-smells coming up from the sink
-the shower head is leaking
-when showering, the water is hot one moment and cold the next
-the toilet flush is not powerful enough
The breakfast is very good.
A few improvements to make the stay more pleasant.

Get what you pay for. In the morning on check out, noticed some blood stains on the under sheet on the bed. A few different options at breakfast but wasn't hugely tasty. Pain au chocolats, fresh bread and butter were probably the nicest on offer. Went down at 9.30am for breakfast (ended at 10am) and they were slow on topping the food up. It was very busy due to the concert at the arena with lots heading down around this time. Also, sewerage smell coming from the bathroom
