Warm Hospitality and Great Location
Our stay at Hotel Rathauspark Wien was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, combining comfort, thoughtful service, and a fantastic location. Just around the corner from Vienna University, the hotel immediately impressed us with its modern and fresh design - both outside and inside.
Check-in was smooth, and we were kindly upgraded to a premium room, which was bright, spacious, and featured the convenience of two bathrooms. A special thank you to the hotel for the lovely welcome gift extended to Radisson Rewards VIP members - two bottles of sparkling wine and a selection of local Austrian snacks. This thoughtful gesture truly set a warm tone for our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a broad selection of food served by friendly and attentive staff. While it did get busy during peak hours, the team kept the buffet well stocked and the experience pleasant.
The only point for improvement would be a light refresh of the room, as we noticed some minor stains on the walls and a few cracks in the wood inside the closet.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are grateful for the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

WORST POSSIBLE
LOUSY DON'T GO. Dirty sheets with long black hair at
Open the bed, dirty carpet, dirty armchair. Claim and say there is no one to change sheets, finally after half an hour wait the reception desk changes part of the sheets and the bathtub is again with a stain. They don't have a phone to call reception, they say there's an iPad but it doesn't work, I write, I call
With my cell phone... etc and after almost an hour waiting to stand and change the reception one some sheet I continue with the dirty basser.... On top of that I am sick and at all times I ask you please to solve urgently... no case.
It's a disgrace. In addition the room is minimum smaller than what it says on its website... it is not 4 stars as much as 2!!!

Very nice hotel close to city center. Parking is extremely limited and breakfast is not included with stay, but otherwise staff is friendly and rooms are clean and quiet. Within walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast has wide range of options.

Stylish house
The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the town hall and is very easily accessible by public transport. Burgtheater and Theater in der Josefstadt are within walking distance. The Gründerzeithaus is perfectly and stylishly renovated. The comfortable rooms convey a very welcoming atmosphere. The hotel infrastructure is limited, but that doesn't matter, a number of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Resumé: a recommended address for both the tourist and the business traveler. Prices vary greatly depending on demand, so the price/performance ratio is fluctuating.
