Very good price-quality ratio, excellent location, good western breakfast. The pool is small, doesn't get much sun exposure, but it's clean and nice to relax in.

These hotel room is so spacious
Didn’t try there breakfast because of the costly price.
Very enjoy the gym inside, enough equipment and free water bottle, towel.

We stayed at this hotel repeatedly, the old part is a bit in need of renovation but still tastefully decorated. The new part, on the other hand, is very spartan and, despite the new building, is already a bit dirty, for example in the shower. The rooms are extremely small and you hardly have room to hang up your clothes or get your things under.
Breakfast is quite okay for a five-star hotel, but if you were to book worth just under €15, that's outrageous. The staff at breakfast is very listless and bad tempered, either does not greet at all or just out of necessity. This is very unusual for Thailand. As soon as the management is in-house, the employees are even more tense and you can really feel the bad mood.
The so-called gym is extremely outdated and not maintained in terms of safety. Some devices are still broken since our last visit. The sauna still only ever heats to 60° despite being told by the management.

This hotel seriously needs to reconsider its air conditioning policy. Guests are not allowed to adjust the room temperature themselves. everything is locked and pre-set. That might seem like a small detail, but for me, it ruined my entire trip.
Cold air blew directly onto the bed all night, and I ended up seriously sick — with a chest infection that lasted beyond my trip.
I tried to endure it, not wanting to be a difficult guest. But in the end, I had no choice but to ask staff for help. They kindly sent a technician, but by then the damage had already been done.
the water system in the bathroom on the 12th floor was awful. The temperature was unstable, swinging from freezing to scalding without warning. the water pressure even became dangerously high.
The room I stayed in was next to a water pump system. At 3 a.m., I was suddenly woken up by a loud noise when someone in a nearby room used water, causing the pump to activate. It was a very unpleasant disturbance.
Everything in the room looked outdated. The wardrobe didn’t close properly, so the internal light stayed on all the time. The lighting in the room was also dim, making the entire space feel gloomy.
The only positive side of the stay was the staff – they were all friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. Sadly, that wasn’t enough to make up for the rest of the experience. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this hotel again.
