Happy, traffic convenient, friendly staff.

Hotel’s room price was economical for me traveling this weather suitable city. The hotel staff is always full of enthusiastic to me with perfect smile. Besides, The nearest metro station is within 500m to hotel. I can conveniently going out to scenic spots.

Novotel GuiYang Panjiang hotel is very exceptional hotel,great location ,very friendly,a smile await everybody who comes in the door to make them feel very welcome making your stay are very unforgettable.
Great location in a shopping center with lots of restaurants perfect for leisure time.
The bed was comfortable,clean crisp linen,the design was contemporary.Flowers we're the compliments from the hotel.The toiletries were excellent.
The lobby is spacious and nicely decorated.The concierge staff is always friendly and happy to help.
What impressed me the most is the manager whose i met upon check in Miss Erin Chen. She welcomed me with a warmly smile suddenly made me a very fantastic first impression of the hotel. She is very professional to checked me in with detailed explanation of hotel facilities and surrounding information. After She knew i am first time been Guiyang and she is super patient to introduce the local specialty cuisine and famous tourist attractions.
Thank you Miss Erin Chen provided me a amazing stay with awesome experience. Hotel is highly recommended. I will be back.

Although not all staff spoke English, there was always someone on hand who did, making everything quite easy. Friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast had many options and there was plenty of space. There was a conference on at the time, so it was quite full, but there was room for everyone. Basic gym (I used both days) was OK, and good-looking pool (I didn't use). I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, close to railway station. Quite quiet. Gym equipment is good and few people use. Breakfast is ok.

Clean and simple

This is a clean and simple hotel with little charm. The location is also really off so there is nothing nearby. Breakfast is not too bad. The rooms are big and spacious, no bathtub. Normally i would not stay at such places as there is no character but I'm in a tour group.
