I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay.
Please allow me to clarify a few points here.
The Hotels heating and ventilation system is operating well, and is regularly checked. We have no complaints from other rooms.
Each room has a temperature control panel which does regulate the temperature up and down, depending on the temperature you set. By default in winter all rooms are set to 22 degrees automatically when the AC Unit is switched on.
At no point any of our rooms had a temperature of even close to 30 degrees. We had the rooms checked several times and could not confirm your claim.
You checked in on the 28th. You called our call center in the night mentioning that your room was too hot. Housekeeping came to the room and as it was late they opened the window to cool down the room quickly.
Guiyang has a night temperature at around 5 degrees and that should have cooled down the room quickly. The next day engineering went to your room and checked the heating and ventilation system.
No fault was found and everything was operating normal. The engineering staff set the temperature panel to 20 degrees. They then checked the rooms after some period and the temperature was around 20 degrees in the rooms.
During the day of the 29th our guest service manager called you twice to check for your comfort but did not receive a reply in regards to the room temperature.
When you checked out on the 30th you mentioned again it was too warm in your room. Engineer went back to the rooms after you checked out and found the room temperature still within our standard settings.
The rooms you occupied where sold to a number of other guests after you left without any feedback from them. When you contacted us later saying some of your guest got sick, we ask you for the back up to that – which you refused to send to us.
Neither me or any of my managers trying to hide something and I am not sure what you try to imply with that statement.
Our main focus is to satisfy our guest and create an enjoyable stay. I am sorry we were not able to satisfy you this time

Lounge Bar Area is very nice, Exec Lounge Never Opened
Overall the property is what you might expect of a conference center style Hilton. There are no family or children facilities as is listed here and in terms of upgrades as a Diamond member, I would say don't expect much here, even with the property being fairly empty.
I passed on the Sofitel this trip to check out this Hilton but would note the Sofitel is much better than this property especially if you have any ALL status.
