It was a good stay used it mainly for checking resting and sleeping. Only thing was we had a very late check in and day lady was very polite and friendly. When we checked in close to 1 in the am the young lady working was not to friendly talking on her phone with someone and cussing about having to be working and ready to take her days off Very unprofessional. Other than that little incident happening when I was checking in. It was a very nice stay other than that

We have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and normally have the same kind of room, etc. this time the water pressure was extremely low, employees behind the desk in the evening were not friendly. The sheets on one bed smelled dirty and we had to request all new towels due to uncleanliness. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was normal Hampton Inn standard.

We were on vacation and miss the event we paid for to attend Saturday morning due to the girl having no towels at all! I never been thru anything this bad! My mother who is elderly couldn’t bath until afternoon and we miss the whole purpose of our trip! The clerk was extremely rude when we asked about towels and told us to go buy some! I will never stay there again

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids), and there were only 2 towels, and no soap at all!! I went to the reception to get some, I got the towells but noone could find me soap! Unbelievable.

Skip at all costs

It upsets me to have had an experience as such. I wish I could give this place zero stars. What started as an amazing trip [I was visiting Br for a hair summit] quickly became a nightmare. Upon getting to the hotel at 9:01 pm Saturday it was smooth, Maxine was polite and professional. I went upstairs took a quick video of the room and we left because I wanted to get something to eat before everyone in the area was closed. We came back late and barely slept because we needed to prepare for the summit. We used the ironing board and noticed an extra blanket or pillow in the closet which was stained red/brown spot. That should have been my sign to thoroughly inspect the room but I was busy getting ready for the event. The next day my boyfriend informed me that some parts of his hands were itchy but we thought nothing of it since I brought everything hygiene-wise from home. Sunday night we arrived at the hotel late again sometime around 10 pm took showers. The next morning Monday morning while getting ready my boyfriend informed me that he was itching like crazy on his tailbone he asked me to scratch it and almost broke my fingernail trying to use my hand to scratch for him I checked and nothing was in that spot.  We checked out of the hotel and went to the event we had scheduled [10:31 am] around 1 pm at the event my boyfriend pulled me aside because the itching from his tailbone was now on his buttocks and it was now intolerable so he asked me to look and see what was going on. I saw his end was covered in bites, immediately I took pictures and called the hotel to inform them of the bites I while on the phone I asked what should I do in this situation and do I needed to come to the hotel to show them these bites , Maxine frantically told me no I didn't need to come and that there were "procedures " in place for something like this. She told me that she would return my call as soon as possible. 3 hours later I received a call from the assistant manager who informed me that he was leaving the property and wouldn't be able to help me until tomorrow I asked why was that the case when I called three hours ago I was on my way immediately I had to leave my event and go to the hotel. I then showed Mr. QUINN and the receptionist who was at the desk at that time 3 pm she refused to give her name the photographs of my boyfriends behind. Mr Quinn then responded to the photos that he was not reimbursing for two nights when these issues had only occurred this morning. I never asked to be reimbursed I just asked the hotel what they were going to do about the situation. The lady at the front desk proceeded to say she thinks it's this or she thinks it's that trying to diminish the situation. Mr Quinn then stated that he was going to call pest control to come.  He never went to call then He asked to see the pictures again and told me to send him the pictures to his phone so he could show whoever he needed to show. Then assured me he was going to call pest control and have them over there first thing in the morning and he walked away. While this was going on I asked the receptionist for an incident report and they stated that they did not provide any. The woman who refused to give me her name then informed me that this happens often that the hotel would not do anything about it and that they weren't going to help me with my situation.  I also informed her of the pillow or extra blanket that I found that was stained and she said well yeah they don't clean foreal and after that, I would've requested a different room. I was on the phone with the people who helped me book the hotel because they needed information on my reservation. I asked for a printout of my check-in and check-out time or to take a picture of the screen that would allow me to see that the hotel stated that they would not provide such. When Mr. Quinn came back into the lobby he explained that certain information would not be displayed to the hotel when booking a third-party website because that website is commission they don't let the hotel see how much they make from that sale. From that point, the energy in the room was let's sweep it under the rug. So after leaving the hotel, I went to an urgent care and my boyfriend had to receive a steroid shot and additional medication to alleviate the pain. That hospital said it looked like bed bug bites. The next day Tuesday when we returned home we went to our doctor back home who said while they may not be bed bug bites they are insect bites of some kind flea gnat or something of the sort. I waited until 3 pm and I realized that the hotel had not contacted me or apologized in any way so I contacted the people I booked with and they informed me after trying to get in contact with the hotel for 2 hours that they would not be refunding or helping me in any way. After showing my boyfriend's butt to countless people, going through the stress of this situation and not being acknowledged on top of that is crazy. At the end of the day if this is how you run a business I REFUSE to stay or let anyone I know book with any Hampton Inn & suites. This is not the typical treatment you would expect from a hotel as this and frankly, I wouldn't advise ANYONE to spend their money here it JUST MAY BITE YOU IN THE ASS!!!
