Not Great, Sleep-able
Challenges:
-Leary of a hotel that has you sign an additional form detailing extra fees (check-in early fee? plus several others). I have never seen this before, and it seems very low-budget motel-like.
-The couch in the room was stained and needed cleaning. We reported it and were told someone would come clean, but they did not.
-The carpet is old, stained, and needs cleaning.
-No microwave in a room with an area that has a refrigerator and a counter. There is plenty of space on a large counter for a microwave.
Strengths:
-Hotel is in a great location, adjacent to a plaza with some great places to eat!
-Location was central to the places we had to visit.
-Free breakfast each morning.
-Refrigerator in the room.
-Coffee maker in the room, coffee was good.
-Nice size room with plenty of sleeping space with two beds and a pull-out couch.

Awesome breakfast
Great customer service.
Upon check-in I needed extra pillows because I had had a medical procedure.
They were very accommodating.
The room was very nice, better than I had expected.
I will definitely be back to this hotel when I need to be in the area.
