The last two times we stayed there we had issues. Not too big of a deal as they were minor issues. The a/c in the room was messing up and very loud. Called the front desk, she agreed and gave us another room. The time before that there was hair on the bathroom mirror frame from someone shaving, no shampoo in the shower and the disposal in the sink had backed up and there was food in the sink. Front desk took pictures of this issue and offered another room. Our reservation was canceled today without notice by management saying we are no longer allowed to stay at their hotel because we have complained about the last visits we’ve had. I told her those issues were due to the hotel not doing their part and not my doing. She just kept repeating that we were no longer allowed to stay at the hotel. We travel frequently and are Hilton Diamond members so we’ve stayed in many of their hotels, and have never been treated this way until now. The attitude that this manager had was uncalled for considering that the issues were with her property and the lack of attention it is given under her watch. The girls at the front desk were always very polite and professional, but management needs to be trained on how to keep up with the property and on customer service. (Brownsville, Tx location)
