Excellent stay!

We had a great time during our stay at the Hotel Traube, because the new management who recently took over the structure did a thousand things to pamper us and satisfy all our needs.
The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. The bathroom is a good size, with both a bathtub and a shower.
Overall our stay was really excellent, the only thing that could disturb you a little is the noise of the bells of the church which is located right in front (it rings not only on the stroke of every hour, but also every single quarter of an hour...).
Passed with full marks!

Never again!

The food in the restaurant is really inadequate.
The chef manages to mess up the simplest dishes.
This has nothing to do with cooking.
There are to all dishes: Rice, penne or fries.
A roulade with fries, that's not how you think of the country kitchen.
Never again!

What a great find. Superb welcome service and experience

Booked for a transit stop and could not have wished to find a nicer place to stay after a long days drive. Welcomed with such warmth. Enjoyed an evening in the garden. Amazing value. Beer from the local area - what a pilsner and the food provided was just simply great. We This hotel has a real warmth, a lovely location and a breakfast that will be remembered. A really truly genuine small family hotel worth a million dollars. Thanks

Wine and dine!

We called in for a drink and ended up enjoying a bottle of the local wine and stayed for dinner. Pork Medallions with home made spaetzli, very tasty and just what we needed after a long drive. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our time at the restaurant. We would happily visit again if in the area.

Good Family Run Hotel

We had booked this at the last minute and it was a wise decision. The hotel in itself was very beautiful. I had by mistake put only 2 adults in the booking while we had our 11 year old son travelling as well. They showed us the room first and only allotted it once we were comfortable with the size. The room was very good and had just everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The restaurant was excellent and we liked the dinner we had both the days. The Staff was very helpful.
