molto buono
molto buona la mia permanenza nell'Hotel Sheraton Four Point di Cuenca.
unico problema che non funzionava la sala ginnasio.Spero che la prossima volta la sala sia disponibile, perche tutti i giorni devo fare una ora di camminata veloce, causa problemi di glicemia.

My family stayed here for 10 days while visiting relatives and we found the hotel to be luxurious, clean and in a great location.
The people who work here are amazing. Especially in the dining room—we received exceptional service from gentlemen like Carlos, Rodolfo and Gino. Really everyone was super professional and very pleasant.
The breakfast buffet is absolutely wonderful—with so many delicious and fresh foods, it was a treat everyday.
The pool area is beautiful too, though due to the hours of operation and our schedule, we were unable to use it much. We are still very grateful for this superb vacation experience.

Great hotel in a beautiful city.
The Four Points by Sheraton Cuenca hotel is excellent. It is set in a prime location, overlooking part of the beautiful city. Hotel staff are outstanding. The restaurant is excellent, we ate breakfast several days and dinner once, food was great. Hotel has secured parking.

Clean room, good staff, excellent breakfast, parking not easy to get access if you check in at first time, but it’s ok.

People make the difference
An excellent hotel.
Room clean.
Just in front of the Convention Center, that for me was a plus, since I came to lecture in a congress.
All employees make your stay the best one.
At restaurant we were lucky to have Adriana, Teresa, Francisco and Tito as host and they want to make that extra mile to make you feel welcome.
