Okay but not great.
Some staff were helpful, others not so much.
I have stayed in many Premier Inns and this one unfortunately did not live up to expectations.

Exceptional service and five star Kayleigh
What can I say? The staff were absolutely outstanding, especially Kayleigh. She went above and beyond, making sure that nothing was too much trouble for us. We needed to switch rooms due to being placed in joining room, and since we were here for business, we required privacy to avoid any overheard conversations.
Despite the hotel being fully booked and extremely busy, she explored every option to accommodate our request. Kayleigh was incredibly friendly and even walked us to our new room to ensure it met our needs.
Her dedication has made our stay truly exceptional. Additionally, with a pageant weekend happening, I constantly heard her expressing her love for the events and her efforts to make the participants feel comfortable.
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Kayleigh's outstanding service compelled me to share my experience.
A massive thank you for making our stay so memorable and for also taking in our Amazon orders, extremely appreciated you!
