Lovely hotel with great location

We stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed our time here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the facilities needed and was very spacious. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of food available. The best thing about this hotel is the location, very close to the city with transport just outside the door! The only downside was the swimming pool which was very small and not enough sun loungers for everyone. More like a plunge pool but still had an excellent stay and loved Sevilla.

Missed opportunities

Reception staff lack of any english was problematic. Free water only on day one no matter how long you stay or how hot it gets. Keys never worked and reception staff never apologised for us having to go to desk at least a dozen times. Pool unsupervised yet doesnt open until 11. Noisy school next door. Breakfast was very good and breakfast staff were very good

Great hotel

Great hotel, in a good location. A little further out from the centre but within walking distance in around 20 mins. The tram really easy to use which is helpful in the heat.
The rooms were modern and cleaned to a high standard every day. All the toiletries that you could need including tooth brushes. Safe in the room and also a fridge.
Breakfast was lovely with loads of choice. Siting in the little outside area was refreshing for your morning coffee.
Pool area small but just perfect. Beds and umbrellas available. Nice cool pool to cool down after a hot day of sight seeing. Staff always helpful.
Couple of bars near but we mainly went into the centre to eat with more choice.

Excellent hotel

a perfect hotel whether in its location , cleanliness , welcome. The swimming pool is a little more although the opening hours could be wider especially in the evening. Small downside for the restaurant that we have never seen open.However, the proximity to many small restaurants around is top
