Loved it
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout my visit. The room was cozy, quiet, and impeccably clean, which made resting easy and enjoyable. The hotel offers great amenities, and the overall atmosphere is both elegant and comfortable. It’s a wonderful choice for both business and leisure travelers, and I would gladly return.

Besides child-friendly, food allergic friendly as well
Recommended even for people with coeliac disease and milk protein intolerance. The staff was extremely attentive. Despite the full board service, they didn’t make a fuss about the lack of options; instead, they kindly offered to prepare meals separately in a sterile pan. They even recommended a top-tier, allergen-free dessert that wasn’t on the buffet table.
I’d especially like to highlight one of the floor managers, Lionel (apologies if I misunderstood his name), who recognized us by face after the first day and personally offered suggestions for allergen-free meals for each dining occasion.
All our praise goes to the chefs as well, because finally, here’s a place where they didn’t just promise allergen-free food—it truly was, and we could enjoy our stay without getting sick.

Overall, a nice hotel. I was on a business trip but I'd probably recommend it for families instead. Seemed to be well suited for families with kids. Food was good. Only negative was that it felt like someone had smoked in the room.

New Year's Eve
In conjunction with the New Year's Eve party, we rested for a few days at the hotel.
Recently, renovations/additions were carried out in the hotel, thanks to which the rating of the hotel could be raised from 3 stars to 4 stars.
Unfortunately, there are a few painfully small inattentions, because of which I still cannot agree with this 4 stars.
Our room was conspicuously not cleaned thoroughly enough: the ceiling was cobwebbed, there were glass marks (the sticky kind) on the nightstands. In the bathroom (from the hotel's point of view), the wall-mounted, push-button soap and body lotion dispenser must have been an economical idea, but both dripped. The body lotion completely soaked the toilet paper, and the area next to the sink was covered in liquid soap.
In the summer, it is certainly very good that there is an outdoor pool, but in the winter, I think the indoor pool is not enough for so many people.
And the quiet wellness is advertised in vain, it practically does not exist, because despite the advertisement, parents still bring their children, play ball and jump in the pool. (Okay, but then don't advertise it as silent wellness.) And the rules are not followed; let's say I didn't see a swimming instructor/inspector very much around the pool.
The New Year's Eve party was very good, with good music and very delicious food.
One of our considerations when choosing was that here you won't be poked out in the eye with a glass of champagne, but instead you can have unlimited food and drink.
We were also very satisfied with the a la carte lunch, everything was very tasty and not overpriced either.
Despite all of this, I prefer hotels that have a separate "adults only" wellness section, or where it is possible to book at adult-friendly times.
I would rather recommend the place to families with small children.

I recommend to everyone.
The sun terrace suite is great. The restaurant and staff are excelent. I recommend to everyone. Its location is very good. The lake and its surroundings are very atmospheric. Excellent for relaxation. We1l be back.
