Host allowed early check in which really helped us out! The hotel was centrally located and had ice cold air con which was so refreshing!

No attendant on duty 24 hours

The bathroom didn’t have a vanity so I had to place my items on the floor. There was no spot to put my soap in the shower so…
I would not recommend a place that doesn’t have someone on duty overnight.
One of the double’s bathroom door had a broken knob and could no longer be accessed. The “fix” was for them to use the toilet of an unoccupied single room on a different floor. The lady stressed to “ONLY USE THE TOILET.” They should have allowed one of the patrons to use the single while the other remained in the double. They are NOT accommodating so choose a different accommodation for your shelter!
They also ignore the Do Not Disturb tag. I used the tag because I didn’t want anyone disturbing the room. Each day I returned to the room, there were towels on the bed. Clearly the employees do not understand the tag. There is no one to call for fresh towels but I was more concerned about no one accessing the room while I was out.

A great place to stay, the room was super clean and spacious. Nicely located and not too far from main sites and the train station.
Really easy to check in using the codes sent just before arrival. Staff were friendly and responded quickly to any queries. They also let me check out later which was a bonus! Would definitely recommend!

My husband had a lovely stay at the Locanda Herion! Not only is property spacious and clean, but it’s also conveniently located to explore Venice and surrounding area. The staff were also kind and friendly. Our train was departing a little later in the day so we requested a slightly later checkout and they happily accommodated our request. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay again!

The hotel is well located. While our room was very clean, it felt small and the bathroom was really small. The communication about check in wasn’t too good.
