Staff were very helpful and always available to help even by phone. Rooms were clean, big enough and quiet.

There is no hot tub at this property I’m not sure why that question is on here. If there IS a hot tub we would love to know where and use it! Lol
The staff were incredibly helpful especially when we got lost on our way in. Very responsive but no one ever appears to be at reception all day. The parking garage is very close by and an easy walk if you have a car to bring, they are also very friendly. Our room was very clean and tiny but the beds are very uncomfortable sadly

Clean, comfortable, quiet, outstanding location. No food. Although management is mostly absent, Matteo was very helpful whenever needed and easy to contact via WhatsApp. Not for those who need pampering, but a great spot within easy walking distance of all the core attractions.

Nice place, vgery clean, good quality. A little nicy due to poor sound insulation between rooms. And no breakfast.

This place is now one of our favorite spots to stay when we return to Florence for trips! Such an amazing property! Great rooms, great staff, so clean and tidy, and it’s right in the middle of EVERYTHING! We love this place! Love it! Can’t say enough good things about it in this small space. As a matter of fact, we’re planning a return trip and we’re setting it up around bookings at this location.
