Beautiful Biancaleo - Disappointing Affi
Local area: Affi in general was pretty awful, very built-up with a shocking selection of 'restaurants' such as McDonald's - definitely not worth exploring. The shopping centre was OK - worth a visit to stock up on essentials such as water or to buy your dog some treats from their giant pet shop.
We did not make use of the free bikes however we did walk 6.2k into Bardolino one morning. Note: taxis are not easily found around the lake so you will need to call one if you don't fancy walking back. Bardolino to Biancaleo cost approx 20 euros - make sure you have the address handy as the B&B is fairly new and not widely known.
Trips: We walked into Bardolino, visited the olive oil museum by taxi and drove to the nature park (worth a visit.)
Unfortunately our stay was slightly tainted on the last day with a family of 3 nocturnal children in the room next to us running riot 24/7, stamping, banging on walls, shouting, crying and constantly going up and down the stairs which resulted in almost zero sleep however overall we would definitely return to Biancaleo if only for a couple of days relaxing rather than exploring the lake.
Note: Pack your mosquito spray!

Can't fault anything!
Near towns like Bardolino and Lazzise, near a shopping centre (but can't be seen from the B&B) with shops like Farmacia should you have forgotten something for your family, this is a good but yet very quiet location, in sport of being just near the main road.
You need to stay to appreciate.
Francesca and Nicola makes the welcoming complete and are always available for any needs.
Well done guys, we shall return.

Awesome
The room had every thing you needed for a comfortable stay from a cup of tea to bowls for your dog's.
The pool and grounds were perfect and we'll looked after also handy underground parking with easy access.
