Turn around.

It was horrible.
The place is well placed and the host was nice but it does not fill the horror of the room.
Very dirty and old. The wifi too weak did not work. The electricity was also cut off and the light was fading.
Terrace but with a broken door that does not open.

Terrible, dirty, moldy, peeling walls...host who blames the cleaning lady, smells moldy... breakfast not offered and no attempt to fix things....you are greeted immediately with kindness and grace, but then you enter a horror movie

Decadence Hidden Behind a Veil of False Reception

We spent two nights at B&B Borgo Marinaro, lulled by the illusion of a warm and caring welcome. The owner, upon our arrival, greeted us with kindness, offering advice on where to taste the flavors of Acicastello. We felt well liked, immersed in a promise of sincere hospitality.
But that promise vanished as soon as we crossed the threshold of our room. The initial fascination crumbled in the face of decadent, dirty, time-worn bathrooms, a shower enclosure that seemed to come out of a bygone era, and dust accumulating in corners like forgotten memories. The duvet, stained and neglected, spoke of attention never given. The pungent smell of moisture soaked the air, while mold, like a sad decoration, climbed the walls.
Acicastello, a pearl of beauty and serenity, does not deserve to be overshadowed by such neglected hospitality. We hope that the owner can find the courage to renew and rediscover the true essence of hospitality. Until then, we can only recommend looking elsewhere for a refuge worthy of this beautiful place

SHAME!

SHAME! After I posted my already terrible review my friends felt compelled to tell me how bad they had it and that they didn't leave out of respect for me... SHAME!
I'm just saying that they told me: "Dili, it's not right for even a homeless person to sleep there!". Blood stained sheets, moldy bathroom! BUT WHERE ARE THE CONTROLS!!! And I, in my structure, am bent on the ground to see if the rag has left any hairs... SHAME!
