Family hospitality

The hotel deserves the highest rating for Omer's kindness (and the real-time communication via WhatsApp even before leaving for organizational tips), the location, the cleanliness, and, in general, the price-quality ratio. The beds were also comfortable. However, our room was located below street level (although we were offered to move on the second day) and the space and surfaces were a bit cramped for a family of 5, especially the bathroom. Breakfast is not available, but you can freely take tea, coffee, and small bottles of water. The street is not directly accessible by taxis, which can stop a few meters away. If I were to come back to Istanbul, I would return to the Pege Hotel.

My stay at Pege Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, spacious enough, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The location is also very convenient, making it easy to reach nearby attractions and transport options. Everything was well organized and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Pege Hotel to anyone visiting the area. A truly 5-star experience!

Highly recommended

It's the second time I've come back to the Pege Hotel in Istanbul, very close to the main attractions of the old town, all within walking distance. Restaurants, bars and grand bazaar at your fingertips, but extremely quiet at night. Cleanliness and hospitality at the top. Staff always available, I felt at home.

Recommended hotels in the Old Town

Located in the old town, the location is very good. It was very convenient to walk around the major tourist attractions such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Underground Palace and Grand Bazaar. The tram station is close by. Above all, the hotel was very kind and at check-in time, they spread out a map and suggested ways to get to the tourist attractions and a tourist plan that took into account that we would only be staying for two days. All the recommended rice restaurants were reasonably priced and delicious, and we were able to enjoy a lot of Turkish food. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful. I'd like to stay here again when I come to Istanbul.
