The toilet leaked. Overall the hotel was really comfortable for what we paid. Breakfast options for hot cooked food was okay, could have been a bit better. Location was excellent. At the heart of the area.

Terrifying.
I don't know if the rooms you can see in the photos really exist. The one assigned to me and my partner was really small and “furnished” with very old furniture. The room (2.30 x 3 m) contained a double bed, a single bedside table, a wardrobe 50 cm wide that could contain at most 2/3 hanging garments, a coffee table not better identifiable. There was not even enough space to keep your luggage (2 cabin trolleys) open. The bathroom was so small that normal use was difficult, for example the sink (as big as an airplane) could only be used if the door was left open. The toilet was leaking water from underneath, the internal door let the corridor light filter even sideways, of 3 electrical outlets one did not work, but above all, after requesting the possibility of making an upgrade, we were bounced several times from one receptionist to another until we lost hope. Practically, of the 4 stars exhibited, there is not even a shadow of it. Breakfast is not bad, cleanliness acceptable, location is great. I warmly greet my friends Ayhan and Kenan who, after days and days of rudeness, at check out, had the courage to insistently ask us for a review.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Everything else is disaster.
This hotel is never a 4 star hotel.
Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom.
You save on all corners and edges and demand prices that are impossible.
The images on the page have been so greatly embellished that it has nothing to do with reality.
Terrace allegedly present - BUT IT IS NOT. I ADVISE EVERYONE FROM HERE TO SPEND EVEN ONE NIGHT.
Only after the complaint to the agency where I booked was offered another room which, however, also in no way deserves 4 stars.
Only one employee was courteous. Everyone else has more to do with drinking tea and not dealing with problems.

Burada bir gece bile kalmanızı kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.
Ancak rezervasyon yaptığım acenteye şikâyet ettikten sonra başka bir oda teklif edildi ama o da 4 yıldızlı bir odayla hiçbir şekilde örtüşmüyordu.
Sadece bir çalışan yardımseverdi. Diğerleri ise daha çok çay içmekle meşguldü ve sorunlara hiç ilgi göstermediler.

The reception staff are pleasant. The room was another thing though. It measures 2m x 3m. This includes the most tiniest bathroom I have ever seen. It is so small that one side of the shower is open. This means the water goes everywhere. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom . We needed a place to sleep as we were out all day but still this was really bad. No space to put a suitcase . No dressing space as the title surface they have they have put the kettle and cups. It was a nightmare moving in the room. Bed it against the wall which is not ideal for 2 people sharing a bed. You can also hear everything going on around your room. I understand that it is right near the centre but the noise levels are very high so no chance of a good night sleep especially if you have the window open which you have to have as the air conditioning unit was not working.

DO NOT BOOK
DO NOT BOOK!!!! I'm checking out tommorow as had my belongings stolen from room after seen the cctv footage (which I had to beg for) turns out the cleaner stole it (reception guy still thinks its not cleaner fault and claims my fault. After speaking to the reception (which not helpful at all he claims it was rubbish so got binned) I had spent £500 on shopping which has all got stolen. I am flying back to uk and this is still not resolved (reception guy can't resolve it until speaking to manager which will be tommorow) I have explained more than once I'm leaving tomorrow. All I want is my £500 back (which has been stolen)
I lost my keys for room and the reception refused to give me another one!!! Again very rude and not wanting to help.
I have been here for 4 days and this is the worst experience I had in any hotel.
The reception guy was very rude and didn't help at all (even said call the police!!!!) After seeing the cctv surely they could give my money back.
My advice to anyone is don't book this hotel!!!
