Delightful experience from start to finish.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bomo Suites with my family, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The suite was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like our home away from home, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together.
The area surrounding the hotel was equally impressive. It was well-maintained, and the lovely pool provided a great spot for the kids to play and for us to unwind.
What stood out the most during our stay was the exceptional staff. Mert at the reception was particularly noteworthy. His friendliness and willingness to help made a significant difference in our experience. We met him on our first day, and he was there to support us throughout our stay, always with a warm smile and helpful advice.
Overall, I highly recommend Bomo Suites for a family getaway. It combines comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a wonderful choice for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a home-like stay.

A boutique hotel with a swimming pool and rooms featuring kitchenettes. The service was excellent. We were pleased. We'll visit again!

Disgrace

The cleanliness met our expectations, but there was a lot of noise transfer between rooms.
The real problem was the intolerant attitude we encountered in an establishment that accepted children.
We arrived at the hotel in the evening, and unpacking our suitcases was exactly what we were entitled to. Despite this, we had only been in our room for 10 minutes when there was a knock on our door and we were asked to be quiet because the guests downstairs were being disturbed. It was even stated that "we need to resolve" this situation.
This is an unacceptable approach. In a hotel where children are present, a young child's normal behavior should not be made a subject of debate or seen as a problem that needs to be solved. This is a situation that we can neither control nor are obligated to resolve.
Even more surprising was that we were expected to put our child to sleep immediately. This was both an unreasonable and extremely disrespectful request. We decide when our child goes to sleep, not others.
In short, this experience was a disappointment for us. We definitely do not recommend it to families with children.

Before arrival we were called by the property manager to say that maintenence work was being carried out and we could not stay there. However, he moved us to another nearby property owned by the same group. It was just perfect and everyone was extremely helful and friendly. Definitely go back next time. Excellent restaurants and shopping within eady walk. GREAT!!!
