Good no frills hotel
Greeted by a very nice girl at reception on arrival who was very helpful with how to get to local markets etc..
Room was clean, tidy and thankfully, the air conditioner was nice and quiet.
It was a quiet place as well. We had breakfast included which my partner had, but I didn't as it was only 1 item and not to my liking (more for Locals/Thai people) but, I expected this so wasn't an inconvenience...given all the places to eat around the area.
It's not a destination or special occasion hotel but, if you're in need of a comfortable clean place to stay the night, it's worth looking at.

Expedia has to inform their hotels better about, how the payments are made. The hotels of this trip all ask for payment by me, and are unaware that payment will be made by Expedia.
Fortunately the staff was helpful and accepted my explanation. Because I speak some Thai
