I was charged a bigger amount than "Pay at property" sum on hotels.com. Also, the hotel didn't return the $100 deposit from the credit card.
There was only one small roach in our room on the last day, I killed him/her. The floor was sticky and there were spots on bed linen. We cleaned the floor by ourselves, but forgot that we need to have our own bed linen for such hotels.
All other things are OK. Our dog liked the room.

The rooms are clean overall and they do offer parking, just that they don’t offer breakfast, just coffee, and their WiFi isn’t the best either

Good parking. Nice front desk staff. Clean rooms. However we didn’t get room service once. We were told someone turned room service away each day however we were never home enough to do that.

The air was on in the room when I got there why I thought it was the heat tv didn’t work light above sink was out
