Perfect holiday in perfect location. Thank you.
Excellent location, great staff, lovely breakfasts. I am elderly with mobility problems and walk with a stick, and found access to everywhere really easy, this is the first time I have spent much time at a poolside bar but the lift went up to the 4th floor where there were comfy seats, and my regular cheese toasty and Mythos in the afternoon. I usually have proplems with showers but the one in my room was small but so easy to operate. Thank you. I didn't know about the Giostra Di Zante festival and flew home the day before it started, but I have already booked for next. Look forward to seeing everyone again.

GOOD HOTEL IN Great Location
Central location next to Marco Square .Port and All amenities walking distance .Hotel very clean ,staff very friendly and helpful speaking excellent English, Breakfast only but good. Dining staff present food nicely and keep all clean. DENISE is great assistant without being imposing. Our room was near the square so we could hear music late at night and the occasional motirbike. Zante Town and Diana Hotek Not suitable for people with mobility probems as copious uneven floor levels and lots of steps in hotel. No lift upto tiny swimming pool area. Angela and Sophia excellent receptionists.

Stayed in Family room for 1 night.Breakfast choice was Good as can be.

More of a business hotel or short stay
Firstly I have to say the staff are all lovely, in particular Zoe the chambermaid and Sofia on reception.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, however the bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent.
I liked my small Juliette balcony, there was just enough room for me to sit there and read my book.
For me the downside was the square it is located on because of the noise that went on well into the early hours, with the deep base that disturbed my sleep. I was kindly offered a change of room but declined.
The only bar was on the rooftop that closed at 7pm which was a shame as I enjoyed the views over the rooftops to the sea.
Despite the artistic license of the pool photography it really is tiny and I never went in it.
In the reception area there is no atmosphere, no where to meet up or grab a coffee which is a real shame.
Top tip - there is an excellent bakery just around the corner and some beautiful churches to explore in the vicinity.

Absolutely loved my stay!
The staff were incredible and I really liked the room and the amenities.
