Weekend w Carmen 23-25.10.20r.
Fantastyczny pobyt, którego nie zapomnimy! Hotel godny polecenia ☺ świetna lokalizacja, pyszne, różnorodne jedzenie, bardzo miłe Panie w recepcji, czysto, a Pan Andrzej z barku przecudowny. Bardzo gorąco go pozdrawiamy, dziękujemy za użyczenie kieliszków, pyszna kawkę i herbatkę i pomoc... :) Dzięki takim osobom człowiek czuje sie jak w domu i chce się wracać!!! :) Magda i Arek z Warszawy z pokoju nr. 40 :)

Tragic New Year's Eve 2023
Let's start with the lack of advantages
Now what I didn't like
- breakfast is the same all the time - scrambled eggs, once put in the heater and when the heaters go to sleep, it will be cold from 9 a.m. hot dogs - the worst I've ever eaten
-dinner is a tragedy - the chef works either in a hospital kitchen or in a kindergarten - the food is tasteless
- the jacuzzi is apparently broken, but the service has only been going for a year and can't come
-the rooms stayed in the 90s
- the service, apart from the older gentleman, is terrible, not nice and arrogant towards the guests
- there is a parking space as the hotel has low occupancy, when we were there on New Year's Eve it was a disaster where to leave the car
-access to the hotel is poorly marked and prohibition signs further confuse access
Now something about the New Year's Eve party organized by the hotel for PLN 200 per person
+ great room
-catering is the same as setting out a buffet for breakfast and then putting one jug of juice on the table and that's it
-example: cucumber slices, several types of cold meats also in slices, the herrings are probably still there because they were not fresh, the same goes for the cake

Basic
Pay for a triple room as they are much nicer
We booked a double number 34 and when we arrived in room. It wasn’t nice at all towels were dirty shower was broken toilet didn’t flush.
We went to reception and asked for a new room as the photos on booking . Com weren’t a true reflection of what we were sold after some discussion we were offered a new room 56 and wow big big difference room looked brand new and clean big private balcony nice shower. But we did have to fight for this as the receptionist seemed to know what we were speaking about as if she has heard this before.

Trochę brakuje do tego aby był świetny
Hotel jest w dobrym miejscu, niestety dojazd drogą dziurawą jednokierunkową, parking pod hotelem trochę ciasny. Pokój mieliśmy z balkonem, na którym brakowało stolika i krzeseł, był wspólny z drugim pokojem. Nie duża łazienka z kabiną prysznicową. Pokój dwuosobowy z jednym krzesłem TV i słabym WiFi. Śniadanie było wyśmienite (spory wybór), kolacja podawana też bardzo dobra. Obsługa miła.

Carmen - to nie jest dobry pomysł
Hotel 3* jednak do czegoś zobowiązuje. Przyjazd - personel zakazał wjazdu autokarem pod główne wejście. Aby dotrzeć ze wskazanego miejsca parkingowego trzeba pokonać sporo, dość stromych (w nie najlepszym stanie technicznym) schodów. Przybycie - pokoje, zdecydowanie odradzam osobom, które mają choćby drobne problemy z klaustrofobią. Uwaga przy otwieraniu drzwi łazienki! Można zostać powalony smrodem kanalizacyjno-pleśniowym. Wietrzenie na nic się nie zdało. Pierwszy posiłek - wszyscy goście poza naszą grupą otrzymali poczęstunek od firmy w postaci kieliszka wina. Nie chodzi o kieliszek wina, ale poczucie bycia gościem gorszego sortu. Posiłki - może nie jak w barze mlecznym, ale dość kiepskiej restauracji. Rosół zimny - dyskwalifikacja. Śniadania w formie bufetu, ze sporym wyborem, ale monotonnym, co dzień niemal to samo. Wędliny - skąpo. Sery 3 rodzaje, Sporo past, jajeczne, twarogowe, itp.. Obiadokolacje podawane do stołu, porcje pozwalają zaspokoić głód ale nic ponad to. Jak na hotel trzy gwiazdkowy, co najwyżej słaba trójka.
