Excellent hotel..

This hotel is good value for money.
Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and accessibility is great..
Bathrooms were clean and spacious and bed was quite comfortable.
Restaurants has good food - however some kind of sauce or "gravy-like" substance, not being ketchup, would be nice on the steak. However I do recommend the "Chop Chelm" with extra cheese.
If I were to challenge only one thing - it would be the lack of a "relaxing area" for a group to sit and socialize after dinner. Such as a "lobby bar area" or similar. But this is a minor detail.
Will be back next time our group travels to Ukraine.

Small measures

The food was good, what I expected. I asked for a glass of red wine and received, what I would call, half a glass. Seriously, it was a fraction of what I was expecting. The waitress was polite, but I'm not sure she wanted to open a fresh bottle. Ruined my evening because everything else was okay.

Pleasant

Pleasant hotel, with convenient and free parking, cozy and large rooms, good breakfast and a welcoming staff. A little out of town, but we saw it as an advantage. Quiet and you can really rest. Next time in Chelm, we will return to this hotel.

Nice Hotel- good restaurant.

Visited this hotel on our way with Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine.
Hotel was clean, rooms were neat and tidy and we felt quite welcome.
There is no extraordinary "charm" or homecoziness... But for the overnight stay of one night only it is more than satisfactory.
Restaurant gives impression of high class eating with staff putting in the "personal touch".
Food is excellent.
Price vs standards are excellent. I would never guess such a place to keep those prices.
Then again... of these were not the prices we would have found somewhere else... So I guess this is perfect for us to stay here again.
Will definitely come back.

Really nice place

I was here for a 1 night stay on my way to Ukraine. I really liked the place and all was perfect, free parking, good restaurant, helpful staff. It´s really easy to find when you come by car. I would stay here again anytime
