Beautiful hotel with swimming pools and stunning views
The reception was very friendly and competent.
The breakfast and evening buffet is extensive and of good quality.
We have occasionally used the indoor pool. Very clean and well maintained and equipped with sufficient sun loungers.
Recommend to take the parking garage (paying) because a free parking space (free) was difficult to find during our stay.
However, some female staff of the restaurant were very unfriendly and very rude, even a lady was very rude. This was communicated verbally to the reception by us and a complaint was also made in writing to the management but there was no response to the email message.
According to our understanding, the restaurant lacks management when we stayed.

Food is the only thing thats "okay" rest suits a 3 Star hotel.
The room is old, floor has been through hell, the leather couch was black riddled with scratches and such. Bed was broken from the back frame, it was squeaky the second you roll over to the side. The bathroom was literally disgusting, one wipe on the surface and my fingers were filled with dust, hairs on the showerwall from someone shaving themselves and the closet was falling out of its hinges.
The breakfast was tasty, but getting a table, took around 15 minutes, due to no planning from staff, 2-4 people occupying 6-8 people tables.
The service in the Bier Bar was slow, due to one guy serving the entire place, not able to make drinks from their own menu, even took him 20 minutes to figure that out!
Same for the day Resturant, service was slow as well, as only one working there.
We were told they only clean rooms upon request, but when we returned on the 2nd day in the afternoon 4 PM, it was in the process of being cleaned.

For the cheap price you have to accept old rooms
The blower in the bathroom / WC runs 24h
The heating also runs via a fan!! Electronics not easy to understand or operate (not even the light switches). But sometimes no electricity in the room, dark in the bathroom/WC
Mattresses have sagged.
In the swimming pool in the showers it was so dirty I didn't want to shower.
In swimming pools themselves, even the stainless steel was rusted.
The floor tiles of the men's locker room/showers was 2. Tile broken. In the sauna at the whirlpool, the drain grid was broken all around. And there was much more to judge in the 3 days.
