„It is a great place to stay in Cologne. However, it would be much more convenient for guests if their room key cards automatically included access to the toilets and kitchen on the reception floor. Currently, every visit to these areas requires a receptionist to manually grant access. Although reception is technically 24/7, staff members are not always at the desk because they have other duties to attend to.“

No a.c. couldn't open the window all the way. Shower didn't drain. Requested cleaning and they just gave new towels didn't even give sheets for two of the beds very unclean.

The lack of air conditioning was a major drawback making the stay uncomfortable. A desktop fan was provided but it was no match for the heat. The room was very small for the 3 residents and I had to do my own sheets. I would not recommend this, I suspect all rooms in Köln are over priced given that a&o offered the price they did for the room they gave us.

Poor Service, No Care

Very poor service, little care for guests. We sent an email asking for parking, only to arrive with a "we're fully booked" sending us to a parking garage that was 10 minutes away (after they lied saying it was 5 minutes away by walk). This garage cost 30 EUR for 24 hours.
Furthermore, we saw other rooms had fans. We asked if we could have some for our large 4-bedded room, and they mentioned they had none left. Ridiculous.
Also, their elevator doesn't light up, sends you up when it says it will send you down.

No house keeping for as long i was there , I have to change my towels by my self , breakfast was ok , parking very convenient . Staff not too friendly
