A gem of a hotel in the heart of Tulum and an unforgettable service!
Our family of four enjoyed exploring every corner of the hotel very much, appreciating the beautiful decorations and the unique details that give the place so much personality. Furthermore, the location is unbeatable: it is in the heart of the city center, right next to the main market, which makes everything super accessible.
We hope with all our hearts to return soon someday. Totally recommended!
We want to dedicate a very special thank you to Guillermo, an exceptionally helpful and special person who made our stay extraordinary. When we praised his incredible work, he told us with complete simplicity that he is just another employee; that detail shows the immense humility of his character, as he is a genuine man and humble to the core. With a team like this, we are not at all surprised that this hotel is so highly rated and occupies a place of honor among the most recommended places to stay in this corner of Mexico. He is a tireless worker, and I sincerely hope that one day he is promoted to General Manager of all the properties under the Maison brand. You deserve it, Guillermo! You already have an open invitation to visit us in our city, so do not hesitate to look us up when you arrive in Vancouver.

it could be definitely better!
manager super helpful and available with plenty of the city recommendations + transportations
cute apartments with amazing decoration
cons
lack of cleaning (dirty room and same towel (one for each person) for 6 days!
no fridge for keeping the water bottle cold in one of the rooms with temperatures reaching 30 degree
leaking from the roof inside the room when it was raining
breakfast only coffee, jam, butter and bread!!! ah! and one apple :(
noisy during night!
no strong WiFi in the upstairs rooms
20 minutes driving from the popular beach
shower was not strong enough

Quite average - I would not stay here again
One of the biggest drawbacks was the steep staircase leading to the rooms. As international travellers with large suitcases, carrying our luggage up and down was quite difficult.
The rooms themselves were very average. The beds were rickety and squeaked with every movement. The bathrooms were in poor condition and definitely in need of renovation. The shower didn't function properly, with water spraying in multiple directions with no hot water at all, and the sink was so small that it was inconvenient to use. The air conditioning in one of my friend's rooms also stopped working, and unfortunately, the hotel wasn't able to fix it during our stay.
Overall, the hotel is in need of a significant upgrade to match the beauty of its outdoor spaces.
The highlight of our stay was the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and every meal we had there was delicious.
