Everything good. Business trip

It's fine! Inside a secure plaza. I travel for work and it has the basics to arrive to sleep, rest, and visit the plaza. For one person it is fine, maybe two, for families I think it is small but it works for me

Bedbugs

The hotel was ok, room was very small. Bathroom was very thight.
The next day I woke up cover in bedbugs bites
My arms and back. It wasn’t worth what I paid for.

The hotel does not have enough irons for the rooms, I ran out of hot water, and there was no water in the water dispensers.

Old things.

I have been staying at this hotel for 3 years, which is an excellent option due to the location, but today I find it very deteriorated, starting with the eating utensils, stained, scratched, the shower already showing signs of limescale, towels worn out and already stained, so I consider that they should offer a complete experience in image and cleanliness for the cost.

Choose another very dirty hotel.

Neglected facilities, lobby, food area, and room bathroom very dirty, the lack of maintenance is noticeable.
There are federal police living there semi-permanently, which instead of increasing security causes discomfort and a feeling of being watched.
