Clean rooms, helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast was better than expected. Parking has controlled access and it feels very family-oriented.

After I called the night before to clarify their pet friendly policy they said it was okay for me to bring both my dogs and cats. When I got there they said I couldn't stay there with those animals and I had to buy another room which I did so I did stay there, but what a rip off! The extra room of course was adjoining and we all stayed in one room as we originally planned but we were had to pay double!

Parking was really good! Clean rooms, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff at the breakfast room (cooks and waiter)needs to be more attentive towards their guests. But overall it was a pleasant staying. I would recommend this hotel and I will stay here again.

We went to the Oyster festival. It was a great location. The event was walking distance. You don’t get the rooms that they advertise. We requested a different location and they move us.
Location: Perfect.
Staff: Great.
Parking: Inside parking.
Amenities: Great.
Continental breakfast: Good.
Rooms: Clean & spacious. The only down fall was we had no hot water, toilet seat loose & toilet tank water constantly running. Besides that, everything was great!

The hotel was more than we expected for the price we paid. Clean, comfortable and convenient, if we go to Tepic again we will definitely be staying there.
