Excellent accommodation in the center of Cancun

Excellent accommodation in the center of Cancun. Near everything. The breakfast is excellent as is the location. Reymundo's attention is very cordial, always attentive to everything that is needed. Excellent price-quality ratio

Scam, the hotel is closed

The hotel was closed at the time of my arrival. I contacted them without answer. They charged me in advance and they haven't refunded me. I've received no apology. It's a scam. Days before I arrived I even requested a request and they replied but they never told me that the hotel was closed. They forced me to look for a hotel at the last minute paying for costs.

Perfect place to stay in Cancun!

Clean and modern building in a nice quiet area but a short walk from downtown where all the life is.
Room had a nice balcony with patio doors overlooking the park.
Huge roof terrace to relax on with a dipping pool, lovely place to spend your time.
Breakfast every morning was too notch, varied, big and delicious.
Reymundo is an exceptional host, always preset on the property, very approachable and communicative. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We have never been taken care of with such thoughtfulness. Thank you so much for an amazing few days!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks there.
VIilla in located in good area in Cancun; very close to supermarket, bus station, local restaurants and local bus services.
The family that run the villa were very helpful, friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.
If we go to Mexico again we will definitely stay there.

Good for the budget

For the money, I am very satisfied with the accomodation. I paid around 30 euro per night for a double room so if I was a couple it would be 15 euro per person per night which is really good. The room was big, there was tv and comfortable bed. No noise from outside. Region seemed safe, I walked alone at night back from a restaurant and no problems. Only accomodation with working internet in my Mexico trip. Pool was okay though some parts of the paint were chipped off but that's not a problem. The breakfast is very basic, you get to choose between scrambled eggs or omellet and you get 2 pieces of toast and a banana. A good experience, I recommend. Also good was 24/7 hours reception.
