AMAZIIIIING

Our experience at the riad has been exceptional from start to finish. We were first welcomed with mint tea, traditional sweets, and a warm smile. The gentleman at the entrance explained everything about the riad and its services in detail, and the lady was equally kind and attentive. After discovering our room, enjoying their delicious food, and trying the wonderful breakfast, we can confidently say that everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place with my eyes closed!

Nice in parts

Disappointed that no one was there to greet us so waited 45 mins to be attended to when we arrived. The rooms and bathrooms were nice. The Riad had some lovely features but felt a bit neglected. We had to leave at 7.45 am to catch our flight but there was no breakfast offered. Managed to get some tea and piece of cake just before we left. Expected more interest and help from the management than we had.

We'll be back!

The location is absolutely strategic. In fact, it is at the beginning of the medina and from there you can easily reach, in one direction, the main street of the medina and, on the other, the Jamaa El-Fna square. In addition, at a maximum of thirty meters from the structure there is a small square where you can get there by car or have you come to pick up.
Azad & Spa offers a transfer from Marrakech airport to the hotel, absolutely necessary!, or to get around Marrakech, in case you want to take a trip to the Nouvelles, like Gueliz.
You can also dine here if you let them know in advance. I recommend the lamb, really delicate and tasty.
If you have time and there are two of you, book a couple's hamman session and/or massage to follow.
The riad is as beautiful as in the photos you find here and on Booking. I suggest to book the rooms in the terrace because they have a private bathroom and one, in particular, also has a small reserved area. Breakfast is simple and good: coffee or tea, two slices of cake, fresh fruit and orange juice.
On the morning of the last day we left before breakfast opened: Oualid and Hassan were kind enough to make us something anyway and even gave us a bottle for the trip!

Be aware

After enquiring the room change on the exsisting booking we were negotiating the new price. Owner stopped communicating and tried to charge the credit card prior to price agreement. Multiple messages sent to the owner and hotel but no communication or response. Be aware.

Beautiful stay

Very well received in this charming quiet Ryad which is close to the souks , an excellent breakfast and mint tea top , room for 3 comfortable .
Unfortunately, we couldn't test the spa , too many things to visit in this beautiful region
