Positive but inflexible

Nice quiet campsite. Echternach is easily reachable on foot. But unfortunately very inflexible regarding the opening of the pool! We are currently here. 35 degrees... and they insist that the pool will not open until July. I expect more flexibility.

Very outdated, dirty and high price

We booked this campsite for two nights, but left immediately on arrival (just like the people who arrived just before us). Very outdated buildings, dirt and cold plumbing (the block next to the tent field had no heating, which is always nice if you have walked in the rain for a day) and extremely unfriendly reception staff. The only advantage of this campsite is its good location for hikers, close to the hiking trails. The price is absolutely disproportionate to what you get (48 euros for 2 tents in which a total of 4 people slept, including electricity). I warmly recommend Camping Du Barrage in Rosport as an alternative (which is very easily accessible by bus from Echternach).

Made childhood memories, 10 to 15 years! Come back every year.

I have been here for almost 10 to 15 years always loyal returner from our holiday almost every year we went to this campsite. Made a lot of memories, not super luxurious but enough, pool, nature and good price perfect combo.
What a campsite, in Echtenach on the hump, a campsite that will always stay with me. If you walk up the long stairs on the highest floor of this campsite then you feel like I'm alive, I'd say improve my time inside, 5 minutes upstairs! Wish you good luck! What a campsite what a campsite! Forever in the heart!

Comfortable hut

The little hut was very cute and we slept very comfortably on the bed. There was a small heating fan provided which worked perfectly.
The downside of this camping was that it was a little bit too crowded for us. There was a big family staying in the rest of the huts and were making bbq at late night. The smell could come in when we were trying to sleep. The toilets and showers were fine and the number of them was adequate.

Nice staff and near to the town

The staff is very nice and professional.
The bathrooms and showers are good.
The camp is located along the course of river Sure: it gives you the chance to arrive to the town by following the river by walking or bike, making you arrive to the downtown.
